This global performance contract covers the design, construction and maintenance of 2 school groups in La Valette-du-Var.

The holder of the contract is committed to achieving a quantified objective of energy performance expressed in terms of primary and final energy consumption level, ie in terms of quantity of energy and respecting a contractually defined level of service.

The objective of improving energy performance is contractually guaranteed for the duration of the contract. The goal is verifiable and measured against a measurement and verification plan.

Outperformance or underperformance of the target is subject to reparations or incentives.

The incumbent is entrusted with designing, carrying out demolition work, construction and rehabilitation of buildings as well as the maintenance of buildings and equipment. The supply of energy is excluded.

This opinion concerns a global performance market as defined in Article L. 2171-3 of the French Public Order Code. It covers the design-realization and maintenance of 2 school groups and their respective multipurpose room in the municipality of La Valette-du-Var.

It consists of a firm slice and an optional slice.

The firm tranche (estimated SDP 6 320 m 2 ) covered:

- the demolition of 3 existing schools,

- the new construction of a school group of about 749 students grouping together the 3 demolished schools, as well as the pupils of the Anatole France kindergarten (external site) and a multipurpose room,

- maintenance.

The optional tranche (estimated SDR 2,935 m 2 ) covered:

- the restructuring of the Pagnol school in order to create a new school group bringing together the pupils of the Pagnol school and the Mistral nursery school and the new construction of a dedicated multipurpose room,

- maintenance.
