The state-owned parcels on the area on Urbanstrasse and Ulrichstrasse, Stuttgart are to be built on with a multifunctional office building (disposal building). The areas should be available to ministerial administrative uses. A possible GFA of the new building with approx. 12,700 m 2nd detected. Of these, underground areas are approx. 4,400 m 2nd , surface above ground approx. 8,300 m 2nd . The NUF 1-7 of the new building is approx. 7,500 m 2nd . With regard to the building standard, the state authorities located in the inner city area and the location of the site in the immediate vicinity of Stuttgart's cultural mile, great value is placed on a solution that is both urban and architecturally high. The new building must have the highest demands on the equipment and functionality of an office building used by the highest state authorities as well as a correspondingly representative, design and spatial quality. The disposal building is to be constructed in accordance with the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB) in the system variant of new office and administration buildings and certified in the Silver category. If possible and appropriate in terms of construction, use-specific and economic aspects, the new building should be built entirely or partially in timber.

New construction of a disposal building on the area Ulrich- / Urbanstraße in 70173 Stuttgart. Engineering services in accordance with Part 4, Section 1 HOAI, structural planning taking into account the assessment system of sustainable construction and planning of engineering structures. The service phases 2 to 6 as well as the engineering control and other special services identified in the respective Appendix 1 are commissioned.

The estimated building costs are approximately EUR 42,000,000 gross.
