This is the tender process for the ICT managed service tender for Sarah Bonnell School. The school requires an ITIL or equivalent (e.g. FITS) based ICT managed service encompassing the following core functions:

— strategic management and planning,

— programme and project management,

— project development works,

— contract and relationship management,

— network and infrastructure management,

— network administration,

— security management,

— provision of service desk,

— provision of on site staffing,

— desktop support and maintenance,

— problem resolution,

— hardware fix (in conjunction with manufacturer warranty etc).

This includes support of all legacy equipment:

— software installation, configuration and management,

— change management and implementation,

— disaster recovery.
