The subject of the contract is the implementation of the installation of renewable energy systems (hereinafter “RES installations” or “investments”) in private homes, including the establishment of design solutions, delivery and installation of equipment, within the framework of the Project “Renewable energy sources for residents of municipalities members of the energy cluster “White — Oil”.
The basic tasks of the Contractor include: to develop design assumptions for the implementation of the installation, including the description of the works necessary for the implementation of the investment, the supply of equipment and the provision of materials necessary for the implementation of the investment, the implementation of the investment and the commissioning of the installation, obtaining construction and use permits (if required), individual training of installation users in installation locations

The basic tasks of the Contractor include: to develop design assumptions for the implementation of the installation, including the description of the works necessary for the implementation of the investment, the supply of equipment and the provision of materials necessary for the implementation of the investment, the implementation of the investment and the commissioning of the installation, obtaining permits for construction and use (if required), individual training of installation users in installation locations.
The order was not divided into parts due to the fact that the need to coordinate the actions of different contractors carrying out individual parts could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the contract. In addition, the split would involve excessive execution costs as well as technical difficulties.
The investment includes the design, delivery of necessary equipment and materials, installation and commissioning of complete photovoltaic installations in private homes belonging to individuals in the following quantities:
photovoltaic installations with a minimum power of 4 kWp — 3 pcs. ,
including installations where photovoltaic modules mounted on the ground or on non-residential buildings — 1 pc. ,
PV installations with a minimum power of 5 kWp — 67 pcs. ,
including installations where photovoltaic modules mounted on the ground or on non-residential buildings — 3 pcs. ,
and training the users of the above installations.
The Contracting Authority stipulates that the total number of Installations may be reduced, however, by no more than 20% of the total number of their total, as a result of the failure to sign a sufficient number of contracts for the implementation of installations with the Residents or other reasons independent of the Ordering Party.
The Contracting Authority shall allow a change in the number of solar installations with a specified minimum capacity, including the number of installations where PV modules will be mounted on land or on non-residential buildings, provided that the overall number of installations does not increase.
Location: 10 Communes participating in the Project i.e.: Moszczenica, Biecz, Bobowa, Gorlice, Lipinki, Lużna, Ropa, Uście Gorlickie, Sękowa, Town of Gorlice, from the territory of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.
The contracting authority requires investment in all municipalities at the same time.
The addresses of the buildings will be provided to the Contractor systematically upon completion of the tender procedure and the signing of the Agreement.
