The invitation to tender concerns the tendering of products for dental treatment to the member municipalities of KomTender which have undertaken to use the framework agreement tendered for this purpose, cf. point 2 (hereinafter referred to as the contracting entity). The call for tenders shall be conducted as open procedures, cf. Annex II. Public Procurement Act, Act No. 1564 of 15/12/2015 , which means that anyone can submit a tender. The tender is carried out as a range tender, cf. section 45 of the Public Procurement Act.

The tender concerns the purchase of materials for dental treatment for the contracting entity. 12 product categories are offered: Prosthetics, Disposables for various treatments, Personal protective equipment, Instruments, Syringes and tips, Prophylaxis, Fillings, etc., Root canal treatment, X-ray and photo, Disinfection and sterilization (accessories autoclave), Toys and Small equipment.
