Provision of hosted, fully managed Electronic Document Management (‘EDM’) solutions to digitise the existing paper medical records (Lot 1) as well as services for the scanning of the paper medical records for presentation in the EDM (Lot 2).

Provision of an Electronic Document Management (EDM) solutions to provide:

— hosting services to specified SLAs,

— a fully hosted EDM solution on a ‘software as a service’ basis,

— implementation services for the EDM solution.

Provision of a fully outsourced managed scanning service to scan the existing paper medical records.
