An open procedure above the Community threshold is launched, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/16, for the assignment of the special waste collection and disposal service for the years 2023/2028.

The object of this contract is the collection, packaging (if required or necessary), loading, transport for recovery and / or disposal, charges for delivery to plants included, of non-hazardous and hazardous special waste as indicated below at the operational centers and storage areas managed by Ferrovie Emilia Romagna S.r.l.. The quantities of waste broken down by ERC are presumed.

The benefits include the following activities:

• Service planning based on the waste to be managed and the work program defined by Ferrovie Emilia Romagna S.r.l.;

• Possible characterization of waste if Ferrovie Emilia Romagna S.r.l. (Waste Producer) deems it necessary (carried out by ACCREDIA accredited laboratories);

• Supply of containers if not owned by Ferrovie Emilia Romagna S.r.l

• Possible packaging of waste to be presented for transport according to current regulations;

• Labelling of packages in accordance with the law;

• Internal movement up to the driveway;

• Loading on vehicles;

• Transport of waste;

• Transfer of waste to recovery or disposal plants depending on the results of the characterization and the characteristics of the waste;

• Return of the fourth copy of the form within the time provided for by the standard and any certificate of disposal issued by the owner of the plant in application of the provisions of art. 188, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 152/06
