The target of the acquisition is an electronic property maintenance and maintenance system for the Central Fund of the Church and the parish households of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland intended for the management and management of property maintenance. The system to be procured must be ready-to-use software that works as a service (SaaS).

The Church Central Fund is responsible for the practical arrangements of the tender process and the receipt of tenders. The procurement decision is not binding on the parish households, but they themselves decide on the utilisation of this future framework agreement and may, if they so wish, make use of the framework agreement resulting from the tendering process. Parish-specific implementations are handled as their own implementation projects, and a customer-specific agreement is made between the parish economy and the Supplier.

Based on competitive tendering, one supplier is selected. The procurement volumes presented in the invitation to tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute an obligation to purchase a quantity for the Church Central Fund or parish households or an exclusive right for the service provider to provide the service.

The aim of the tendering process is to provide all potential operators with equal opportunities to participate in the tendering process in accordance with the requirements of fair, non-discriminatory, transparent and proportionate procurement law.

Tenderers are not entitled to reimbursement for the bid or other documents they have submitted.
