The Norwegian Language Council would like to enter into a framework agreement with an advisory and development partner in the area of internet and digital solutions for a period of 2+1+1 years. The agreement shall include, but not be limited to, consultancy, technical project management, design and development of the new språkrådet.no. The contract shall also include operation and maintenance of the network system.

The new språkrådet.no website should be experienced by users as modern and relevant, with simplified and user-oriented content that enables visitors to find answers to their questions or resolve tasks that they came to the site to address, simply and effectively.

The Norwegian Language Council's online resources must be administered and published in a modern, robust, future-oriented/flexible, operationally reliable and economically beneficial CMS that suits the size and needs of the Norwegian Language Council. In selecting a CMS, consideration must be given to assessments and recommendations in external expert evaluation and recommendations from 2022. The agreement also includes training, documentation, support, web hosting/cloud storage and operation.
