ICT security products and services manage access to services, inspect data, stop malware and ensure that application development is carried out in a secure and favourable manner.

The companies covered by the agreement need to purchase products and licences, as well as be guaranteed support and short response times in the event of an incident, and be able to receive assistance from consultants and carry out defined assignments within a portfolio of security products and needs. The framework agreement also applies to the purchase of additional services within operation, troubleshooting and correction, optimisation, upgrades, changes and further development. In addition, assistance with integration with neighbouring systems must be included if needed.

The agreement will include security products with manufacturer support, a servicing and service-level agreement from the tenderer, as well as the need for consultancy services and support beyond the Contracting Authority's own capacity and expertise.
