The agreement consists of the working delivery and then making available a user-friendly and intuitive case system for the municipality of Deurne. Providing training and maintaining and supporting the case system is also covered by the agreement.

The new case system ensures a further optimization of digital working. An agreement is entered into with one supplier.

The agreement is entered into for a period of at least 5 years and has three (3) optional extensions of two (2) years.

The effective date of the agreement is immediately after signing the agreement, around 1 February 2023. Then the implementation period starts.

The initial term of 5 years will start on 1 January 2024.
