The subject of the contract is a service consisting in directing temporary employees employed by a temporary employment agency to perform temporary work for and under the direction of PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny sp. z o.o., in accordance with the Act of 9 July 2003 on the employment of temporary employees (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1563). Temporary staff will be directed in particular to the positions of junior contract handling specialist and junior reporting and complaint specialist and, if necessary, to other administrative and office positions or contact center consultant positions.
1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Temporary Employment Agency of services of directing employees employed by the Agency to perform temporary work for and under the direction of the Ordering Party.
2. The service will consist, in particular, in directing temporary employees to work for and under the direction of the Ordering Party for the positions of junior specialist for contract service and junior specialist for notifications and complaints, in particular in the following locations: Kielce, Olsztyn, Szczecin, Tarnów, Gdańsk, Poznań, Zabrze, Warsaw, Wrocław. If necessary, the service will also consist in directing temporary employees to perform temporary work in other administrative and office positions or contact center consultant positions.
3. The Ordering Party forecasts the demand for temporary employees referred to above at the level of a maximum of 80 FTEs, including in particular the right to employ Temporary Employees in the amount of 100%, 75%, 50% and 25% of the full-time position.
4. The provision of services being the subject of the contract covers a period of 18 months from 01.08.2022, and in the case of concluding the Agreement after 01.08.2022 – from the date of its conclusion, or until the maximum amount of remuneration referred to in §4 section 8 of the model Agreement is exhausted, depending on which of these events occurs earlier, with the possibility of exercising the right of option.
