This consultation aims at the conclusion of a public contract for the performance of multi-technical operation and maintenance services within the meaning of the FDX 60-000 standard. The public contract includes so-called recurring services remunerated under a fixed price (article 2.1 of the CCFT) and non-fixed services (article 2.2 of the CCFT). It is recalled that the services take place mainly in establishments open to the public and are therefore subject to the regulations concerning these premises.
