Kolumbus AS is seeking consultancy services for IT development through a dynamic procurement system, with qualified tenderers able to submit their proposals continually after Week 28, 2018.

Kolumbus AS intends to procure consultancy services for IT development services by setting-up a dynamic procurement system.

All those who are qualified in the procurement system will be able to submit a tender for consultancy services for IT development services.

See the attached qualification documentation and the delivery description for further information.

Kolumbus AS will, as a starting point, use SSA-B for the various call-offs.

Tenderers will be qualified in Week 28, 2018 and continually thereafter.
