Drammensregionen IKT (D-IKT), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall procure an electronic tool for procurement implementation system (“KGV”) and contract management with integration to the municipalities' archive systems.
The Awarding Authority requests a system where KGV and contract management are delivered completely integrated in one and same system. It is the Awarding Authority's intention to procure an electronic system which safeguards as many as possible stages and requirements in a public procurement process.
Procurement process is in this context defined as the main stages from Appraisal of requirements until and including Assessment and training, as well as all the main stages' sub-points.
