The company project Impulsion & Vision foresees by 2023 the creation of a room H24.

The establishment of this room has the main ambition to ensure the supervision, operation and administration of technical infrastructures and security and customer application chains in order to acquire and strengthen the control of RTE, over these activities, over the long term.

In this context, the Salles H24 and PE project teams wish to be supported in the management of their mission as well as the animation of stakeholders.

The delivery will cover the following three components:

— methodological support (MCO and/or questioning the relevance of the tools put in place);

— support for the management of the “Room H24 & PE” project (role of PMO — pilotaging/coordination, planning, risk identification, reporting);

— contribution to strategic communication and support for the management of the collaborative platform (role of webmaster of the collaborative platform set up on the EP and link with the publisher, writing of content and monitoring of technical developments).
