The lots take the form of a framework agreement concluded with several operators (multi-successful tenderer) and they are executed by the award of subsequent contracts on the basis of unit prices. Prices are subject to review. The contract takes effect from 1 January 2023 for a firm period of 4 years, i.e. until 31 December 2026. The Framework Agreement shall contain maximum amounts per member of the grouping.
