The subject of the contract is the delivery of diagnostic kits for isolation and DNA detection of African swine fever virus (ASFv) in pigs and wild boars for the Provincial Veterinary Inspectorate in Gdańsk in three parts, in accordance with the description in the price form constituting Annexes 3a, 3b and 3c and the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ

Delivery of diagnostic kits for the detection of African swine fever virus (ASFv) DNA in pigs and wild boar - in accordance with the following requirements and description in the price form constituting Annex 3a.

The kit offered must be capable of real-time detection (real-time PCR) of DNA of African swine fever virus (ASFV) isolated from whole blood (EDTA), serum, tissues (including tonsils, spleen, lymph nodes, kidneys, liver, lungs, bone marrow) from pigs and feral pigs.

The kit offered must be able to detect all 23 ASFV genotypes and be fully validated against EURL INIA.

It is required that the kit is optimized for use on the LightCycler II 480 and validated on the LightCycler II 480.

Delivery of diagnostic kits for DNA isolation of African swine fever virus (ASFv) in pigs and wild boars - in accordance with the description in the price form constituting Annex 3b and the description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1 to SWZ

The offered kit must be pre-packaged ready for use, designed for simultaneous isolation of DNA (including viral) and RNA (including viral) and bacterial DNA operating on the basis of the magnetic method on an automated isolation apparatus.

3The kit offered must be validated and optimised by the manufacturer for samples of germinal products of animal origin (tissues, swabs, body fluids, whole blood, serum, plasma, faeces), containing lysis buffer and other necessary reagents pipetted into deep well plates (including liquid K proteinase, RNA carrier, magnetic beads, rinsing and elution buffers) and all necessary consumables (plastics).

Lysis buffer packed in a separate container allowing appropriate exogenous control to be added before the isolation procedure is carried out.

Delivery of DNA isolation kits for African swine fever virus in a closed system MagNaPure 96 - in accordance with the requirements and description in the price form constituting Annex 3c and the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The set must enable insulation in the ROCHE automatic robotic station MagNa Pure 96 owned by the Ordering Party, containing reagents for the isolation of DNA and nucleic acids of viruses from various types of material.

The customer requires that the set contains 3 ready-to-use sets of reagents, packaged in the form of cassettes and 6 bottles with magnetic beads.
