The Norwegian Public Health Institute (FHI) aims to move their vaccine operations from Lovisenberggate 6 to Sandakerveien 24 C, Building C, entrance C8, 0473 Oslo. The current premises in Lovisenberggate 6 are too small and do not provide sufficient space for refrigerated packaging and goods handling.
The intention is to design an alteration of the building in Sandakerveien. Altered areas will altogether be approximately 1 650 m² and will primarily consist of cooled and room temperature storerooms.
The Norwegian Public Health Institute has engaged Norconsult and Momentum Arkitekter to carry out the pre-engineering design.
The purpose of the procurement is to obtain consulting assistance for:
— Designing and preparation of tender documentation in accordance with NS3420 of 2014.
— Evaluation of tenders, for contracting of contractor. Pricing will be based on evaluation of 3 tenders.
It is also desirable that the supplier shall offer an option for project monitoring and any changes of the alternation during in the building process.
For the execution of this assignment, FHI requests an engineering design group consisting of the following expertise:
PRL: Project Manager/assignment leader;
ARK: Architect;
RIB: Consulting Engineer, Civil;
RIBR: Consulting Engineer, Fire;
RiByfys: Consulting Engineer, Building Physics;
RIV: Consulting Engineer, HVAC;
RIE: Consulting Engineer, Electro;
SØK: Responsible Applicant;
KP: HSE Co-ordinator during the designing phase.
Fixed pricing is request for the designing phase and the contracting phase. Monitoring during the construction period will be carried out as work based on an hourly rate stated in part II Annex 3.
