Construction of a reusable modular building as an outsourcing school at the Leipzig / Paunsdorf site, including foundation
At the Klettenstraße 43 site, a temporary reusable modular building with a 3-storey ceiling is to be erected as an outsourcing school on a former sports field area so that the upcoming complex renovations of the Paunsdorf secondary school and the Brüder-Grimm and Theodor-Körner primary schools can be carried out in accordance with the current school construction strategy of the city of Leipzig.
After completion of the three renovation measures (expected in 2032 / 2033), the
Interim building will be dismantled and a 3-field sports hall will be erected in its place (3-field sports hall / informative only, not part of this tender).
In addition, a separate container building with specialist classrooms will be arranged southwest of the property for temporary use as an outsourcing of the Paunsdorf secondary school. This building is to be dismantled after approx. 2.5 to 3 years in the course of the conversion to the interim primary school location from phase 1 relocation of the secondary school to phase 2 relocation of the primary school, as the specialist classrooms are only used by the secondary school.

An expense allowance of € 2,500.00 net will be offered for the additional requirements. This expense allowance will be paid to bidders who meet and have proven the required criteria.
Further procedure:
The bidders who meet all the required criteria take part in the evaluation round regarding the submitted floor plans, façade details and evaluation of the reusability concept.
The submitted floor plans, façade details, verifications and concept reusability will be evaluated by a qualified evaluation committee. The evaluation is carried out on the basis of the documents submitted.
The evaluation committee is expected to meet in week 43/ 2023.

The preliminary examination of the documents with formal examination of the documents and mathematical examination of the offer with order of precedence is carried out by LESG mbH.
The final evaluation according to the evaluation matrix with evaluation of the submitted and admitted bidders is carried out by the evaluation committee.

Urban and architectural quality - weighting 20%
Suitability and sustainability - weighting 30%
Note on scoring and placing the order:
The evaluation of the offer for the main building including maintenance and outbuildings is carried out in its entirety.
The order placement and billing are carried out separately according to main building and outbuilding as well as maintenance main building.
