1. The object of the contract is a service in the field of collection of municipal waste segregated and mixed from inhabited properties located within the municipality of Bartoszyce and the transport of municipal waste and the operation, maintenance and operation of the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) in the territory of the municipality of Bartoszyce. The Contractor is obliged to transport the waste received, including waste collected selectively to the Department of Komunal Waste Management Sp. z o. o. o., with its registered office in Olsztyn, through the nearest locationally transhipment station, i.e. the transshipment station in Medyny near Lidzbark Warmiński. in accordance with local law, the content of this agreement, the Specification of the Terms of the Order and the offer of the Contractor, which form an integral part of the contract.
The scope of the object of the order 1. Delivery to the Contracting Authority within 24 mm estimated approximately 217.442 pcs of selective waste collection of 60 litres and 120 l. 2. Reception of solid municipal waste collected in bags, respectively marked and assigned to the specific property with a distinction between individual fractions, accumulated by roads, municipal waste accumulated in baskets, containers.
3. The Contractor shall receive municipal waste from the property covered by the list of properties submitted by the Contracting Authority within 7 working days from the date of signing the contract. The list of properties will be updated on a regular basis by the Ordering Party and will be forwarded to the Contractor electronically in an encrypted password-protected file. The password will be sent to the Contractor, other than the secured file, by electronic communication channel.
4. Receipt of municipal waste also in case of obstructed access to property through, e.g. road overhaul, commuting overhaul, melt, heavy rainfall or snowfall, etc. and in such cases, the Contractor is not entitled to a claim on the increase in the cost of carrying out the subject of the contract.
5. Replacement of the damaged container for receiving municipal waste if damage or destruction of the container is caused by the Contractor.
6. Before emptying the containers, assess their condition and fixing their results for evidence, e.g. in the form of photographs.
7. Adjustment of the size and type of waste receiving cars to the road parameters (in particular their width and carrying capacity) and to the density of the built-up.
8. Drawing up a timetable for the receipt of municipal waste from property owners residing for each 12-month duration of the contract.
9. Reconciliation of the schedule with the Ordering Party within 10 working days prior to the start of the 12-month duration of the contract.
10. Delivery of the schedule in paper form to all residential properties.
11. Placing the schedule on the Contractor's website.
12. In the event of any change in the timetable for the collection of municipal waste during the course of the contract, submit a draft new schedule to the Contracting Authority at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date for the implementation of changes to the schedule. The change requires acceptance from the Ordering Party within 7 working days. Then the Contractor shall be obliged to immediately provide a new schedule in paper form to all residing properties and to place on the Contractor's website.
13. Emptying of baskets in the amount of 40 pieces with a capacity of 30 litres to 70 litres set in public areas in the municipality of Bartoszyce. After emptying the basket and replacing the bag, the contractor will leave clean the place of its setting. Emptying is often enough to ensure that the baskets are not overflowing — but not less often than once every two weeks — on the dates for the collection of waste from the area where these baskets are set, according to the municipal waste collection schedule.
4. Minimum amount of waste (basic order):
1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste: 1.136,040 Mg
2) segregated waste: 714,580 Mg
Total: 1.850,620 Mg
5. The amount of waste determined by the right of option:
1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste: 568,020 Mg
2) segregated waste: 357,290 Mg
Total: 925,310 Mg
6. Maximum amount of waste (basic order + option):
1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste: 1.704,060 Mg
2) segregated waste: 1.071,870 Mg
