The city of Minden is planning to renovate and expand the Piwittskamp school site in two construction phases. The construction area is located in the southwestern part of the city (Piwittskamp 38, 32429 Minden, plot size approx. 14,612m²). It is a two-storey school building with a partial basement in solid construction. The city council of the city of Minden has decided to extensively renovate the school site to accommodate a three-stream primary school while maintaining all school operations and to expand it by building a new single sports hall including the necessary ancillary rooms, changing rooms and equipment rooms. A youth club is to be integrated into the new building area. The youth centre can be built as a two-storey building and is to be planned as an independent unit for use. In this tendering procedure, the structural design is put out to tender. The object planning of the building and the specialist planning of technical equipment are awarded in separate procedures.
