RfD will enter into a contract with one supplier for the purchase of bags and sacks for collection of household waste.
The contract will include delivery of the following products:
1) Bags for collecting food waste;
2) Sacks for collecting plastic packaging (at the households);
3) Sacks for collecting plastic packaging (at recycling stations);
4) Sacks for collecting residual waste (extra sacks).
All bags and sacks must be made of plastic according to detailed specifications given in the requirement specification.
As an option, decomposable bags for food waste must also be offered.
1) Bio bags;
2) Paper bags.
RfD will, after the open tender competition (Part I and III), enter into a contract in accordance with the description below as well as the tender documentation and submitted tenders. RfD will undertake the purchase of bags and sacks as call-offs on the contract two to four times per year.

The contract period is 2 years, where the contracting authority has the option to have exclusive rights to extend the contract for 1 year + 1 year. The maximum contract period will be 4 years with commencement approx. 1 September 2021.
