Value of procurement

The value of the procurement is estimated at approximately SEK 650,000 (SEK)/year (at today's 5 PHUS). The information about the estimated value is provided as information and does not imply any obligation for Varbergs Fastighets AB.

Takvolym:

SEK 4 500 000

If the turnover of the framework agreement achieves the stated ceiling volume or this relationship is expected to occur in the near future, Varberg Municipality has the right to terminate the framework agreement until immediate termination. Such termination does not affect the validity of contracts entered into under the framework agreement prior to that.

The scope of the procurement has been determined taking into account 4 Chapter 14§ LOU and is based on the benefit of synergy effects and lower administrative costs.
