AWRM is planning to renovate the existing building from 1909 on the site at Bahnhofstraße 64 in 71332 Waiblingen and to erect a new extension as the new administrative headquarters. The subject of this award procedure is the project management services (project management and project control, all project stages and all areas of action of the AHO) for the new administrative headquarters. A gradual commissioning is intended. Further details on the services to be awarded and on the step-by-step commissioning are regulated in the procurement guidelines and in the draft contract.
