The object of the order is the creation and delivery of a rental trade fair stand for the appearance of the state of Hesse (as well as partners and co-exhibitors) at ITB 2022. The contract to be concluded includes all services required to put the rental trade fair stand into operation “turnkey” by the client, such as set-up and dismantling and transport of rental status as well as all relevant acceptance by the trade fair company, delivery/supply of all materials, transportation and removal, construction, installation, installation of installation lines, water supply and disposal, technology cables, power requirements, lighting technology, graphic design, dismantling, exhibition and transport insurance, Disposal of all materials and waste and all ancillary services, in compliance with all regulations of the trade fair organizer (Messe Berlin). Applicable safety regulations, hygiene and accident prevention regulations must be observed.
