Description:
Provision of bus rental services with drivers to the Company "Koleje Małopolskie" in order to provide service to "Feeder Bus Lines".

The subject of the contract is the provision of bus rental services with drivers to the Company "Koleje Małopolskie" in order to ensure the service of "Feeder Bus Lines" of the Ordering Party.

Task 1

As part of the task, the contractor will operate the communication lines of the Contracting Authority in the following area: Brzeg poviat, Tarnów poviat, Tarnów city, Dąbrowa poviat

Cracow. The contracting authority will commission the service within 18 months, which will start not earlier than 14 days from the date of signing the contract. The planned operational work during the term of the Agreement is 432 124 wzkm. The Contracting Authority is authorized to make changes to the communication lines entrusted to the Contractor's service, maintaining the scope of the line's operating area in the area described in the OPZ for task 1. To complete the contract, it is required to have 3 buses that meet the conditions set out in the annexes to the SWZ. Transport services must be performed by persons who meet the following requirements: - specified in the provisions of the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport, (Journal of Laws 2019.2140, i.e. as amended) provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110), the Act of 5 January 2011 on Vehicle Drivers (Journal of Laws 2019.341, as amended); - the driver may not be convicted by a valid court judgment for intentional crimes against life and health, sexual freedom and morality, safety in communication, property, credibility of documents or the environment; - the driver must have completed appropriate periodic training, as referred to in the provisions of the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (Journal of Laws 2019.2140, as amended); - the driver must have an up-to-date medical examination carried out to determine the existence or absence of health contraindications to work as a driver; - the driver must have up-to-date psychological examinations carried out to determine the existence or absence of psychological contraindications to perform work as a driver; - the driver has not been banned from practising the profession of driver; - the driver must communicate with the Ordering Party in Polish (minimum B2 in accordance with the scale adopted by the Council of Europe – CEFR Common European Framework), The Ordering Party is entitled to check the driver's language skills by conducting an internal examination, - the driver must know the provisions of the Transport Regulations and the conditions for applying the Ordering Party's Tariff Other requirements are included in the OPZ.

Exercise 2

As part of the task, the contractor will operate the communication lines of the Contracting Authority in the following area: Brzeg poviat, Tarnów poviat, Tarnów city, Dąbrowa poviat

To complete the contract, it is required to have 5 buses that meet the conditions set out in the annexes to the SWZ. Transport services must be performed by persons who meet the following requirements: - specified in the provisions of the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport, (Journal of Laws 2019.2140, i.e. as amended) provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997. The planned operational work during the term of the Agreement is 765 814.5 wzkm. The Contracting Authority is authorized to make changes to the communication lines entrusted to the Contractor's service, maintaining the scope of the line operation area in the area described in the OPZ for task 3. To complete the contract, it is required to have 7 buses that meet the conditions set out in the annexes to the SWZ. Transport services must be performed by persons who meet the following requirements: - specified in the provisions of the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport, (Journal of Laws 2019.2140, i.e. as amended) provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997.
