The contract consists of implementing Governance and Social Secretariat actions, Non-Self-Sufficiency and PUA Desk, Home Care Premium Social Desk and combating poverty.

The contract consists of carrying out actions of:

Governance and Social Secretariat - universal service, aimed at all citizens, the first gateway to services in the area;

Non-Self-Sufficiency and PUA Desk - personalized quality service able to respond in real time to the needs related to the area of elderly people, with particular regard to the condition of non-self-sufficiency;

Home Care Premium Social Desk - Service guaranteed by the INPS "Home Care Premium (HCP)" program, aimed at non-self-sufficient people enrolled in the Unitary Management of Credit and Social Benefits and/or their family members for the provision of services aimed at guaranteeing home care;

Combating poverty - Intervention to accompany a process of change in the daily lives of citizens in poverty starting from the analysis of their needs, resources, capacities and aspirations, in particular of beneficiaries who have access to measures aimed at combating poverty and exclusion.
