The contract concerns the transport service and start to recovery, pursuant to art. 181 of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006 of the following fraction: EER 19.12.12 – OTHER WASTE (INCLUDING MIXED MATERIALS) DERIVING FROM THE MECHANICAL TREATMENT OF WASTE, OTHER THAN THOSE REFERRED TO IN ITEM 19.12.11 (Commonly referred to as "Plasmix"), classified, according to the provisions of art. 184 of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006 as special non-hazardous waste, coming from and produced by Seruso S.p.A. located in Via Piave 89 - 23879 Verderio (LC), for an estimated quantity of approximately 5,500 tons in the contractual reference period of 12 months starting from 1 March 2023.
