The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of nitrogen-rich gas (type Ls) to the Police units of the West Pomeranian garrison, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), the Civil Code and executive regulations issued on their basis, the Distribution Network Operation and Operation Instruction (IRiESD), approved by the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (PURE) in accordance with the presented list, quantity and scope of the subject of the contract included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of nitrogen-rich gas (type Ls) to the Police units of the West Pomeranian garrison, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), the Civil Code and executive regulations issued on their basis, the Distribution Network Operation and Operation Instruction (IRiESD), approved by the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (PURE) in accordance with the presented list, quantity
and the scope of the subject of the contract included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
2. Details of the tariff group, estimated annual gas consumption broken down by calendar months, in relation to individual collection points are described in Annexes 8 and 2.1/2.2 to the SWZ.
3. Estimated total quantity of gaseous fuel to be supplied during the term of the contract
to the gas consumption points specified in Annex 1 to the contract is 390 000 kWh and may change due to weather conditions. In case of a difference between the estimated consumption
and in fact, the Contractor will not pursue financial claims in this respect other than those resulting from the amount of gaseous fuel consumed.
4. The Contracting Authority declares that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 31b(2)(2) of the Act of 6 December 2008
on excise duty (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 143) is not a payer of excise duty.
5. The Ordering Party shall use gas fuel for heating purposes, for its own needs.
6. Gas should be delivered around the clock to the delivery and reception points listed in Annex 8 to the SWZ, which is a set of gas equipment used to connect the internal network, owned by the Ordering Party with the gas network of the system operator.
7. The ownership of the gaseous fuel shall pass to the Ordering Party after the measurement at the exit of the measuring system.
8. The payment deadline shall not be shorter than 21 days from the date of delivery by the Contractor of a correctly issued VAT invoice.
9. The Contractor undertakes to carry out the procedure of changing the supplier of gaseous fuels, in accordance with the Instruction on the Operation and Operation of the Distribution Network (IRiESD) in the scope of provision
and the use of gas distribution services, on the basis of a separately granted power of attorney.
10. The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor selected in the completed proceedings with all necessary data enabling the effective conduct of the procedure of changing the seller.
11. The Ordering Party informs that for most collection points, a possible procedure for changing the seller of gas fuel will be carried out for the first time.
12. At the moment, the Ordering Party does not have promotional offers or is not a member of loyalty programs.

14. The scope, size, quantity and requirements for the order are specified in the price calculation form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
