The subject of the service is the "Career Path Coaching with Language Support and Practical Acquisition (BCS-P)" in accordance with § 16 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 nos. 1 and 3 SGB III as a supplement to job-related German language support (acquisition of language level B2) for people with a migration background. The job-related promotion of German language is not part of the award, but only the supplementary part of the measure according to § 45 SGB III. The aim is to give participants the opportunity to develop and strengthen their own competencies and to acquire higher social skills.

The target group includes job and training seekers and unemployed, employable persons entitled to citizen's allowance with a migration background or recognised refugees who are close to the labour market and have a higher language level B1 after the competence assessment German and profession by Telc GmbH.

Participants are given the opportunity to develop and strengthen their own competencies and to acquire higher social skills. The personal efforts of the participants should be challenged and promoted and a contribution to strengthening their own initiative should be achieved. The measure can include all activities that can be used to achieve integration progress.

Within the framework of a holistic approach, the promotion of specific, individual integration potentials must be worked towards. The contractor's approaches must therefore be geared to typical potentials in this regard. Typical funding potentials arise above all in the case of a lack of knowledge of the German language. These are primarily remedied by attending the basic module for the acquisition of language level B2. Important: Job-related German language support is carried out directly on behalf of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees on the basis of the German Language Promotion Ordinance (DeuFöV). In doing so, the prerequisites, guidelines, regulations and content for the implementation of job-related German language support on behalf of the BAMF must be observed/carried out. Job-related German language support is not part of this award. Within the scope of its activities, the contractor must work towards ensuring that the content of the measure promotes the use of the German language in addition to the basic module of the BAMF.

As part of their participation in the measure, participants must have the opportunity to check and evaluate their skills and abilities with regard to a possible career choice, to orient themselves/test themselves in the spectrum of suitable professions and fields of work and to make a career decision. In doing so, socially integrative approaches to individual support are also to be used as needed. The main topics are: professional orientation, intercultural skills, IT skills, application training, practical work (internship / company visits) and cooperation with networks relevant to the target group. During the entire duration of participation, the socio-educational support of the participants is of great importance.

At the end of the measure, the participant should be activated and stabilized to such an extent that he or she can participate in further support measures or, ideally, be fed directly into the placement process.

Contract period: 02.11.2023 - 30.04.2025

Capacity: 160 entries (8 rounds of 20 participants each).

The start and end dates of the individual rounds are not specified. Since the service to be awarded here can only be carried out in connection with the language course, the start and end dates of the 8 rounds must be determined by the bidder and stated in the lot and price sheet when submitting the offer.

Duration: Part of the measure according to § 45 SGB III: 380 hours per participant.
