1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for rolling stock in the Małopolska Plant in Krakow (electric multiple units) in the locations listed in paragraph 2.

2. The contract has been divided into 3 lots (hereinafter referred to as "Tasks") according to the location where the services being the subject of the contract will be provided:

1) Task No. 1 – location Bielsko Biała

2) Task No. 2 – location of Kraków Płaszów

3) Task No. 3 – location of Tarnów
