Trøndelag County and Nord University (locations in Trøndelag) shall enter into a framework agreement for transport of library materials.

The contract includes transport services for library materials, starting 1.1.2018:

— between the municipal public libraries (the main libraries in 48 municipalities), the participating sixth form colleges (29 colleges) and Trøndelag county library. Some of the public libraries and schools are co-located. The are 70 of library user points,

— the libraries related to Nord University's locations in Trøndelag (4 department libraries),

— from the agreement parties to other libraries in Trøndelag,

— from the agreement parties to all other libraries in Norway.
