The service contract covers the bus stop quality assurance of approx. 5,771 bus stop positions in the 5 districts "Hersfeld-Rotenburg, Kassel, Waldeck-Frankenberg, Schwalm-Eder and Werra-Meißner" as well as NVV-relevant stops in the city of Kassel – in the area of the Verkehrsverbund und Fördergesellschaft Nordhessen mbH.
In addition, the contractual service includes the maintenance and cleanliness of the approximately 95 railway stations in the NVV tariff area in the 5 districts "Hersfeld-Rotenburg, Kassel, Schwalm-Eder, Werra-Meißner and Waldeck-Frankenberg" as well as in the greater Kassel area.
The service to be provided includes bus stop quality assurance (bus, AST and SEV stops) of approx. 5,771 bus stop positions and approx. 286 railway station positions in the 5 districts "Hersfeld-Rotenburg, Kassel, Waldeck-Frankenberg, Schwalm-Eder and Werra-Meißner" as well as NVV-relevant stops and stations in the city of Kassel – in the network area of Verkehrsverbund und Fördergesellschaft Nordhessen mbH.
The existing quality of the bus stop infrastructure in the 114 North Hessian municipalities and cities – with a total of 902 districts – is to be ensured with the contractual service. The bus stop and station infrastructure currently comprises approx. 3,414 stops or 5,771 stop positions, approx. 1,269 showcases, 2,883 benches and 2,481 passenger waiting halls.
In addition, the contractual service includes the maintenance and maintenance of the approximately 95 railway stations in the NVV tariff area in the 5 districts "Hersfeld-Rotenburg, Kassel, Schwalm-Eder, Werra-Meißners and Waldeck-Frankenberg" as well as in the greater Kassel area. This includes the removal of graffiti and graffiti on the platform furniture as well as on the passenger underpasses, walls of the staircases and retaining walls.
The quality assurance is based on the two electronic EDP systems already existing in the NVV "NVV-5-Minute-Garantie" (QMS - Quality Management System) and "NVV-HaltestellenInfo" (stop management system).
The contractual service includes:
- Inclusion of damage to the station infrastructure in the NVV 5-minute warranty (damage report);
- Repair and maintenance of the station infrastructure;
- Documentation of the implementation of repair and maintenance services in the NVV 5-minute warranty,
- Update of the stop data in the NVV stopsInfo (maintenance of the NVV stopsinfo database);
- storage of bus stop infrastructure/materials;
- Billing procedure (billing of the installed materials) to the client and third parties;
- Reporting to the client and third parties.
In addition, there are about 439/236 stop positions/stops outside the area of the NVV, which are served by bus/AST lines of the NVV. Here, however, no repairs are carried out, but only the integration / documentation in the NVV-HaltestellenInfo is maintained. These are:
- 58/28 stop positions/stops in the district of Höxter (municipality of Warburg),
- 156/90 bus stop positions/stops in the district of Göttingen (municipalities Hann. Münden, Staufenberg),
- 18/9 stop positions/stops in the district of Northeim,
- 7/4 stop positions/stops in the Vogelsbergkreis,
- 58/32 stop positions/stops in the Hochsauerland district,
- 13/6 stop positions/stops in the district of Fulda,
- 11/7 stop positions/stops in the district of Marburg Biedenkopf,
- 20/8 stop positions/stops in the Unstrut-Hainich district,
- 88/47 stop positions/stops in the Wartburgkreis.
The service includes the removal of graffiti and graffiti on the platform furniture – NVV passenger information showcases, passenger shelters, wind protection systems, Bike & Ride systems, bicycle boxes, waste containers – as well as on the passenger underpasses, walls of the staircases and retaining walls at the approximately 95 railway stations in the NVV area.
