This contract concerns the georeferencing of overhead and underground public lighting (Ep) networks of which it is the operator, but also of light signalling networks. The purpose of this contract is to:- the detection by non-intrusive method and the geo-referencing of underground public lighting and light-signalling networks in accuracy class "a"- the geo-referencing of the plans provided by the contracting authority or, in areas where the contracting authority does not have usable plans and where it has networks or infrastructures to be geo-referenced, the registration of the digitized cadastre from fixed points recorded during the geo-referencing of networks and the processing using a mathematical transformation method without geometric distortion. The public buyer in charge of the project is the Union of Energy Sectors of the Aisne Department (Useda)
