The subject of the order is the purchase of computer hardware and software, in accordance with the scope of the Project Feasibility Study: 'Together for the development of public e-services - regional partnership of municipalities of the communes of the Włodawa poviats, Chełm and Kraśnik poviats as well as the communes of Janów Podlaski and Sosnowica.

The order will include:

- Supply of computer equipment to the premises of the Project Partners,

- Transfer of the license to use the software granted by its producers to the Project Partners,

- Provision of warranty services for the supplied computer hardware and software at the offices of the Project Partners.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of computer hardware and software, in accordance with the scope of the Project Feasibility Study entitled: "Together for the development of public e-services - regional partnership of municipalities of the communes of the Włodawa poviats, Chełm and Kraśnik poviats as well as the communes of Janów Podlaski and Sosnowica" within tasks No. 5 , 7, 8, 9 and 10 Studies, i.e.

1) Strengthening the digitization of the office - purchase of a license. As part of the task, the licenses necessary to implement the IT systems planned for partners will be purchased.

2) Strengthening the digitization of the office - purchase of a server. As part of the task, servers with an operating system will be purchased, necessary for efficient and secure operation of IT systems and the provision of electronic services. The servers will be installed in the server room in the appropriate offices,

3) Strengthening the degree of office digitization - purchase of computer sets. As part of the task, computer sets will be purchased for the work positions of partner offices and Trusted Profile Confirmation Points,

4) Strengthening the digitization of the office - purchase of other equipment. As part of the task, devices will be purchased that will ensure the achievement of an adequate level of ICT security in offices necessary to provide services by electronic means and devices to strengthen the degree of digitization of offices,

5) Strengthening the degree of office digitization - server modernization; As part of the task, modernization of the current server infrastructure will be purchased.

The subject of the order will be delivered to the seat of the Employer - Poviat Eldership in Włodawa and to the seats of individual Partners:

- Hańsk commune with headquarters at ul. Osiedlowa 4, 22-235 Hańsk Pierwszy,

- Janów Podlaski Commune with headquarters at ul. Bialska 6A, 21-505 Janów Podlaski,

- Sosnowica commune with headquarters at ul. Spokojna 10, 21-230 Sosnowica,

- Chełm Poviat with headquarters at pl. Niepodległości 1, 22-100 Chełm,

- Kraśnicki Poviat with headquarters at al. Niepodległości 20, 23-204 Kraśnik.
