Sansia Oy is requesting your offer for the annual maintenance service of elevator, staircase and door equipment with effect from 17.6.2020 with a contract of indefinite duration with a three (3) month notice in accordance with this invitation to tender and its enclosures.

The subject of this agreement is the following elevator equipment for lift maintenance services by Sansia Oy's shareholders:

1) passenger and goods lifts;

2) lifting equipment for the transport of disabled persons;

(3) Personnel lifts;

4) escalators and escalators;

5) shelf lifts;

6) goods lifts;

7) small lifts for the carriage of goods which are not accessible to persons without difficulty;

8) lifting doors where the door surface does not roll over the shaft and whose lift height is more than 2 meters;

9) hinged lifting hatches which act as lifting doors and whose lift height is more than 2 meters; mixed

10) upwardly moving boat traffic gates with a lift height of more than 2 meters.

The lift contract services include lift maintenance work in accordance with the annexes (fault service response time, up-to-date event report for the customer, 24-hour security on call, spare part readiness and actions taken by them).

Special equipment maintenance:

11) high-speed roller doors;

12) fire sliding doors;

13) lifting tables;

14) hermetic machine doors;

15) other lifting equipment, listed in Annex 1.

Special equipment maintenance includes maintenance work in accordance with the appendices (fault service response time, up-to-date incident report for the customer, 24-hour standby, spare part readiness and actions taken).
