Through the contract, B wants to ensure that all physical defects that may occur in a rental property are satisfactorily rectified.

B wants about 4 caretakers to be stationed in the area full-time to fix various errors that may arise and meet the cancellation times we set as requirements. We attach great importance to how these caretakers present themselves and B, as they will be a large part of our contact with the end customer.
