Bjerkreim municipality has an existing care centre. This centre shall be replaced with a new building on different site located at Kodleberget. The current plan for the new care centre includes 38 institutional places and 8 sheltered accommodation flats with 24/7 staffing. The new care centre shall be adapted to provide services at all service levels in accordance with the municipality's levels of care.

Bjerkreim municipality shall carry out the call for tenders for architects for a new care centre. This is an important and essential role in the project that shall support the contracting authority throughout the entire contract period.
