1. 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of substitute bus transport services (ZKA) as a substitute for POLREGIO S.A. rail passenger transport, in connection with the modernization works planned by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.

2. The expected mileage of buses without adding commuting (empty mileage) during the period of implementation of the basic order on the route Ełk-Sterławki Wielkie-Ełk is about 367172 km.

3. During the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority will have the right to exercise the right of option consisting in extending the section on which the Contractor will provide services in the following manner: Substitute transport extended by the Korsze-Sterławki Wielkie section not earlier than 10.12.2023-08.06.2024, Maximum number of kilometers – 218283
