The object of the contract is developed in 2 Phases: Phase 1. Drafting of the Basic and Execution Project and Health and Safety Study of the Rehabilitation Works of the Hospital of San Juan de Dios Phase I in El Puerto de Santa María, hereinafter Works Project, until its approval, understood in the terms defined in Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, transposing into Spanish law the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of 26 February 2014, also in accordance with the established technical specifications. Phase 2. Management of execution of work and coordination of safety and health of the works of the Rehabilitation of the Hospital of San Juan de Dios Phase I in El Puerto de Santa María, hereinafter Facultative Management of the Works, understood in the terms of Law 38/1999, of November 5, on Building Planning, and integrated by so many technicians, with the enabling professional qualification, are necessary for the Construction Management and the Management of the execution of the projected work, also in accordance with the established technical specifications. The provision corresponding to this Phase is conditioned to the contracting of the work, this provision having the character of a conditional obligation
