Stor-Elvdal municipality has decided to establish 20 new sheltered accommodation flats The 20 sheltered accommodation flats shall be divided in 16 single-resident flats and 2 double-flats. The building shall, in addition to functions directly linked to the sheltered accommodation flats, also contain a personnel station for home-based services.

The new sheltered accommodation flats shall be connected to the current nursing home at Moratunet in the central areas of Koppang.

The following areas are estimated and only give an indication of the scope.

— basement approx. 700 gross area,

— level 1 approx. 1 200 gross area,

— level 2 approx. 950 gross area,

— total: approx. 1 500 built-up area.
