The Wohnstätte Krefeld Wohnungs-AG intends to build 6 new residential buildings as a three-storey residential building with a staggered floor.

The 6 houses are divided into 4 buildings. The living area is about 4 000 m 2 and spread over a total of 57 apartments.

- 2 400 m 2 elastic floor covering,

- cut off 2 950 m screed edge strips,

- 2,800 m MDF baseboards,

- 150 m wooden skirting,

- 2 400 m 2 Protective covers.
