Created in 2018, the NFB Innovation LAB (or "LAB" thereafter) has gradually established itself as a key mechanism for the transformations necessary to meet the challenges of the institution's strategic plan. More than forty accompaniments, of various kinds, have already been successfully carried out, including comprehensive methodological support for the development of the 2021-2025 strategic plan and the NFB's raison d'être. The LAB offers a range of services designed to accelerate, support and acculturate innovation and human transformations linked by renewed methodological approaches responding to the context of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. The ambition of this contract is to continue to strengthen the LAB innovation's service offering to its customers (internal NFB) and to anticipate the methodological approaches best suited to respond to the variety of challenges and situations encountered.

The different types of services expected covering the entire process of collective intelligence of participative or collaborative meetings are:- Punctual support by a guide-coach facilitator- Support for qualification- Support for design- Support for facilitated animation- Support for synthesis and restitution

The different types of services expected are mainly aimed at the community of innov'actors and in particular the innovation project teams set up registered in the national portfolio (following their selection in a challenge framework for example). The expected support services are as follows:- Support session with the innovation project team by a methodological guide-coach- Support session with the innovation pilot or sponsor by an innovation coach-mentor- Support workshop for innovation project teams (internal project team workshop, including training)- Innovation project acceleration workshop (workshop involving different project stakeholders)- Support for specific tasks in Back-office agency (interviews, inspiring case studies, etc.) - Support for the design and facilitation of inter-team innovation meetings

The different types of services expected, detailed below, are as follows:- Start-up service for the transformation of a work group, continuous improvement or simplification- Punctual support sessions by an experienced coach-guide- Specific workshops for support in continuous improvement, operational efficiency and simplification: action-training, problem solving, process reengineering analysis, etc.
