CUS Habitat and modern housing form the hub of social housing in the city and Eurometropolis of Strasbourg. A Public Interest Grouping (GIP) has been created to ensure pooled activities.

The IPTF is the contracting authority for this consultation.

The objective of this contract is both to optimize the costs related to telecommunications and associated services and to improve the services provided to all users and partners of the social housing cluster.
