City of Espoo Tilapalvelut (later Tilaaja) is asking for tenders for the overall contract of the Aarrekarta daycare centre project.

A two-storey children's daycare centre building and two of its yard storages will be built, as well as a fenced yard area with equipment and gates. Project gross area 2055 m². The geothermal wells required by the main heating system will be placed in the yard, as well as solar panels to be placed on the roof. There are no buildings to be demolished. The main façade material of the building is painted wood cladding. Exterior walls, load-bearing and stiffening partitions are built from prefabricated wood-framed wall elements. The intermediate floor is built from prefabricated laminated timber slabs. The reinforced concrete piles and the plot are stabilized.

The building houses a kindergarten for eight groups of children. There is no municipal use. The meeting spaces are the canteen and the multipurpose hall.

The subscriber should choose one supplier based on competition.

The tender must correspond to the request for tender and its annexes and the requirements specified in them, including any suitability requirements. In content, an unanswered offer is rejected. The late bid will not be taken into account in the tender process. The subscriber may also, for other reasoned reason, not accept the offer or fail to complete the acquisition.

The tenderer must carefully read the technical and commercial documents, which include e.g. the Contract Programme (8.8.2022), which it accepts with its tender.
