The acquisition will focus on some of the extensions and changes to the distribution network of the Customer's distribution area, which will take place between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2025 and as an option between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2027. The total price estimate for the work to be purchased at unit prices is EUR 1,200,000 (VAT 0%) per year. The Customer does not commit to the quantities and the Customer has the right to order separately tendered works from third parties.

The extensions and changes to the distribution network that are the subject of the procurement are, as a rule, construction sites that do not include design, but even design can be ordered. The distribution network comprising the procurement will be implemented when built, commissioned and documented in the Customer's Online Information System (TSU NIS).

Procurement includes major disruption preparedness.

The acquisition does not apply to separately tendered works. The subscriber has an existing agreement with a third party for similar work.

The acquisition is not divided into parts, as the aim of the agreement is to seek a long-term partnership.
