The public procurement contract is a framework agreement that sets out all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement is concluded without minimum but with a maximum expressed in quantity for its entire period of validity within the meaning of Article R2162-4, 2 ° of the Public Order Code. The maximum quantities for the entire duration of the contract are defined in Annex 3 of the CCTP "Maximum quantities". The public contract is multi-awarded for lots 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 71, 137, 150, 152 and 264. The public contract shall be awarded to a maximum of 4 separate holders subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders. The public contract is single-awarded for the other lots. The public contract shall be treated at unit prices fixed in the unit price schedule
This is an alloti market - Number of lots: 269the supplies that can be ordered are described in the CCTP and in Annex 1 of the CCTP "Catalogue of requirements". These quantities have no contractual value. They are only used for the analysis of offers. The estimated quantities per establishment and per lot are specified in Annex 1 of the CCTP "Catalogue of Requirements". The estimated amounts per lot are indicated in the consultation regulations
