1. The object of the order is:
1) preparation of complete, multi-branch design and cost estimation documentation, enabling the Ordering Party to implement the investment entitled "Construction of a Hospital for the needs of psychiatric and rehabilitation wards for children and adolescents in Zagórze together with the necessary infrastructure – stage I documentation" along with obtaining the final decision on the building permit,
2) author's supervision.
1. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the documentation should include:
1) Execution of a conceptual design updated on the basis of Annex 1 (existing concept) together with the arrangement of rooms and a preliminary cost estimate, which, after approval by the Ordering Party, is the basis for the execution of the construction and executive design
2) Development of a multi-discipline construction project on the current map for design purposes, containing all the opinions conditions and arrangements necessary to obtain the final building permit, including obtaining conditions for connecting the facility to the technical infrastructure network. and to remove any collisions, for the entire investment task;
3) Development of a multi-discipline executive design containing all opinions, conditions and arrangements to the extent necessary to complete the construction project;
1) Interior design project including furnishings, furnishings and colors (BIM technology);
2) 3D visualizations of interiors, equipment;
3) Execution of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works;
4) Execution of the bill of quantities of works;
5) Execution of investor cost estimates;
6) Development of information on safety and health protection at the construction site.
2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will also be obliged to:
1) obtain the necessary decisions and arrangements required by law;
2) performing author's supervision.
3. The contractor is obliged to develop a 3D visualization of the building.
4. The Contractor is also obliged to prepare industry documentation.
