Description:
Reception and transport of municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Choroszcz

The object of the order is the receipt of municipal waste resulting from and collected in the territory of inhabited real estate, properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is created and properties which are in part of real estate, on which the inhabitants reside, and in the part of the property on which the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created in the territory of the Municipality of Choroszcz and direct transport to the various factions of municipal waste Installation (ZUOK Białystok, ZUOK Hryniewicze).

The remaining conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ.

1. Additional recommendations

(a) The Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation of the contractor to carry out the local vision and to check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot with the Contracting Authority.

(b) The health and safety regulations must be strictly respected during the operation of the service,

and the resulting rules of road safety.

11. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp.

1) The projected value of possible similar services is up to 90% of the value of the basic order.

2) The Contracting Authority may, within 3 years of the award of the basic contract, award a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services to the existing Contractor, in the event that the Contracting Authority has financial resources for its implementation,

3) The scope in kind of these orders will relate to benefits which are the subject of a basic contract or benefits remaining with them in direct connection, consisting of:

(a) the receipt of municipal waste generated and collected in the territory of inhabited property indicated in the description of the object of the contract, properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste arises and properties which are in part of the property on which they reside residents, and in the part of the property on which residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created located in the territory of the Municipality of Choroszcz and direct transport to the various factions of municipal waste Installation (ZUOK Białystok, ZUOK Hryniewicze).

4) The conditions for the conclusion of the contract under Article 214 (1) (7) of the Pzp Act will be shaped on the basis of the conditions of the negotiations, the basic contract agreements taking into account the differences arising from the value, the time of implementation and other significant circumstances occurring at the time of the award of the contract free hand.

The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the possibility of applying for the award of the contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Pzp Act.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (8) of the Law Pzp.

The Contracting Authority shall not specify additional requirements relating to the employment of persons referred to in Article 96 (2) (2) of the Law Pzp.

1. Contractors may jointly apply for the award of the contract. In this case, the Contractors shall establish a proxy to represent them in the proceedings or to represent and conclude a public contract. The power of attorney should be attached to the offer.

2. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract, the declarations referred to in Chapter VII (1) of the SWZ shall be made by each of the contractors. These statements confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in so far as each contractor demonstrates compliance with the conditions of participation in the proceedings.

3. Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract shall attach a declaration to the tender which services the individual contractors will perform [drawn up in accordance with the model of Annex 8 to the SWZ].

4. Statements and documents proving no grounds for exclusion from the proceedings shall be made by each of the Contractors jointly applying for a contract.
